Our Mission
Project Hope for the Children is a non-profit ministry that seeks to mobilize the generosity of donors to provide for the tangible needs of orphans, disadvantaged children, and at-risk families in Romania, Puerto Rico, and Beyond.
Romania
Project Hope for the Children currently provides one pediatric hospital with the following supplies for the care of abandoned and needy babies.
- diapers
- wipes
- cereal
- shampoo
- lotion and rash creams
- infant toys and furniture
- infant scales
- special formulas
- children's books
- small medical equipment

Project Hope for the Children collaborates with and assists several Romanian foundations working with the Roma and abandoned children. All of this is possible with the support of churches, clubs, and individuals throughout the world.
Project Hope for the Children also facilitates a sponsorship for our Director of Romanian Outreach, Andrea to purchase and distribute the supplies, She also serves as a liaison to partner NGOs in Romania. PHFTC has a Volunteer Nurse Liaison, Cornelia who works in the Sibiu Hospital and stores and distributes the supplies there. We are currently seeking a Maternal Assistant to work in the Sibiu Hospital through PHFTC caring for the social welfare children residing there.
Project Hope for the Children is currently opening new projects in Puerto Rico with deaf and social welfare children.
