Our Mission
Project Hope for the Children is a non-profit ministry that seeks to mobilize the generosity of donors to provide for the tangible needs of orphans, disadvantaged children, and at-risk families in Romania, Puerto Rico, and Beyond.
Project Hope for the Children collaborates with and assists several Romanian foundations working with the Roma and abandoned children. In 2021, PHFTC expanded its operations to Puerto Rico, adding ministry programs to pediatric hospitals, orphanages and after school programs. All this is possible with the support of churches, clubs, and individuals throughout the world.
Additionally, Project Hope for the Children facilitates a sponsorship for our Romanian Outreach Coordinator, Andrea, to purchase and distribute the supplies. She also serves as a liaison to partner NGOs in Romania. PHFTC has a Volunteer Nurse Liaison, Cornelia, who works in the Sibiu Pediatric Hospital and stores and distributes the supplies to abandoned and social babies living there.
